eCPR Express BETA

California certified payroll in minutes, not hours

Enter your crew's hours once. Download a DIR-ready eCPR XML upload file and the official WH-347 PDF — calculations done for you.

🔒 Your payroll data never leaves your browser. Names, SSNs, wages, and hours are processed and saved on your computer only — we have no server and never see them.

Start your payroll report — free

Free during launch. Founding customers keep $19/month for unlimited reports when paid plans start — no charge today, no card needed.

DIR eCPR XML upload

Skip hand-keying every worker, every week into the DIR online form. Generate a schema-valid XML file, upload it at the DIR eCPR portal, sign, done.

Official WH-347 PDF

For federal and federally-assisted jobs we fill the actual U.S. DOL WH-347 form — including the Statement of Compliance — ready to sign and submit.

Remembers your crew

Your company, projects, and employees are saved locally. Next week's report takes two minutes: enter hours, download, submit.

FAQ

Is this really free?

Yes — free while we're in launch. When paid plans start, early users keep a founding discount. Email us to lock it in.

Where does my data go?

Your payroll data goes nowhere: the app is a static page, and everything you enter lives in your browser's local storage and the files you download. We never see your payroll. The only things ever transmitted are the email address you type if you join the founding list (delivered via formsubmit.co), and — on paid plans — your license key for activation. Never payroll data.

Does this submit to the DIR for me?

Not yet. You download the XML file and upload it at the DIR's eCPR page (Submit Payroll in XML File), then sign and submit there. That upload takes about a minute — the painful part (typing in every worker, every day, every deduction) is what we eliminate.

Is the WH-347 accepted by agencies?

We fill the official U.S. Department of Labor WH-347 form itself (OMB-approved layout), including the Statement of Compliance on page 2.

What about more than 8 workers?

The WH-347 has 8 rows per sheet — we automatically produce additional continuation sheets in the same PDF. The eCPR XML has no worker limit.
